WHO CAN VOTE?
· A person who will be 18 years of age or older at the time of the next election
· A United States citizen
· Someone who has resided in Colorado 22 days immediately before the election at which you intend to vote
· someone who is not serving a sentence of confinement, detention, or parole for a felony conviction
- Every person who is seventeen years of age on the date of a primary election or presidential primary election and who will be eighteen years of age on the date of the next general election is entitled to vote in the primary election or presidential primary election.
