WHO CAN VOTE?
- At least 18 years old (or will be 18 by the date of the next General Election)
- A United States citizen
- Must be a resident of Mississippi and the county, city or town for 30 days prior to the election. If you live in an area without house numbers or street names, please include a drawing of your location with the voter registration form to allow your Circuit Clerk to identify your appropriate voting precinct.
