WHO CAN VOTE?
- A U.S. citizen
- At least 18 years old on Election Day
- A resident of Minnesota for 20 days
- Finished with all parts of any felony sentence
- You may not vote in the primary unless you are 18 years old or older, even if you will be 18 by Election Day
